Clean Room Capabilities

In our ongoing effort to provide the highest-quality components for your research and OEM applications, we have upgraded several of our manufacturing areas to a Class-10,000 clean-room environment. This added capability allows us to keep pace with your ever-increasing expectations for product performance.

• Class-10,000 Coating Area: The cleaner the part, the higher the quality of the optical coating. After parts are cleaned in our five-stage semi-aqueous clean-line, they go directly to the coaters. Removing additional contamination from our coating areas reduces factors that can degrade coating performance at high laser power.
  
  
• Class-10,000 Assembly Room: In this room, we assemble parts under class-100 laminar flow benches, inspect the parts in clean-room conditions, and package components in special packaging that can be transferred directly into your clean-room production areas.
